Pomnik partyzanckiej bitwy, 1944
Dnia 28 października 1944 r. partyzanci z 1 batalionu 2 Pułku AK dowodzonego przez mjr Eugeniusza Kaszyńskiego „Nurta" stoczyli wielogodzinny bój z niemiecką obławą w okolicy wsi Chotów. Mimo znacznej przewagi oddziałów niemieckich partyzanci zaatakowali i wydostali się z okrążenia. Zginęło wówczas 8 partyzantów, 6 zostało rannych. Straty niemiecki były znaczne.
Pomnik znajduje się przy skrzyżowaniu dróg Oleszno-Włoszczowa z drogą lokalną do Chotowa.

On the 28th of October 1944 partisans from the 1st battalion of the 2nd Home Army Regiment under command of major Eugeniusz Kaszyński alias "Nurt" fought a battle that lasted for hours with German troops, which conducted a round-up near village Chotów. Partisans have attacked at in spite of considerable superiority of German units and they have got out from the encirclement. Eight partisans were killed in combat, six others were wounded. Losses of the German side were considerably high.
Monument is located at the crossroad of route Oleszno-Włoszczowa with a local road to Chotów.
